Cheap Laptop Computers: Your Inexpensive Stereo System

One of the great things about Laptop Computers is that they can double up - or even triple up - for so many purposes.  Therefore, when you spend those few hundred dollars for, quality Toshiba laptops or other brands, you get more than just a tool for writing and sending e-mail.  For example, at no extra charge, you get a full stereo system thrown in extra.
Almost all laptops today come with CD-ROM drives that will play your CDs as well as they'll install your software.  All you need now is a pair of stereo headphones to give you a full, rich sound experience.  In fact, HP Laptops are especially designed today with sound in mind.
Not only can you play your CDs on laptop computers, but with an Internet connection, there are literally thousands of radio stations from around the world that you can "tune in" as easily as your radio tunes in local stations.  And usually the sound will be even better.
So those are two ways in which laptop computers can duplicate the job that your stereo system has done in the past.  But in fact, it can go even further.  No stereo systems other than those incorporated with computers can actually play a song you like and then download it for you within minutes of you deciding you like it.  Laptops do just that. 
One last thing:  There are two reasons that we're focusing on laptop computers as the ideal stereo system, and not desktop computers.  For one, laptops are mobile just as many stereo systems are.  So if you want to take a trip to the park or to the local coffee shop, you can take your computer with you rather than your Walkman.  Also, within the past few years, Cheap Laptop Computers have become just as affordable as desktop models, if you know where to look.
